Better Together survey

We’re asking residents to take part in our ‘Better Together’ survey which looks at all aspects of the community and asks what improvements could be made to support you into volunteering and community activity.

‘Better Together’ began in 2022. Since then, it has helped local people to set up many new initiatives and events. It has also funded local projects.

We're now running a short ‘Better Together’ survey which asks for feedback on the scheme, how residents feel about their communities and how they could get involved to benefit their local area.

Please share your views so we can help your communities to thrive.

You have until on midnight on Tuesday 13 May 2025 to take part.

Everyone who completes the survey can enter a free prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher. View the competition terms and conditions.

Better Together is a community hub that provides local people with the tools and support they need to set up their own community initiatives. This includes advice on funding, recruiting volunteers, help with venues, event organisation, business advice, training, networking and more. Grant funding is also available.

‘Better Together’ is a place where voluntary and community groups can promote their work by adding their details to the 'Better Together' website. It's also a place where residents can find out what’s going on in their area.
