Growth Gurus is our free scheme to support people aged 18 to 24 from the Swanley area into work.
The Education People are running the scheme until 31 March 2025.
Information for trainees
The scheme works with young adults to develop their skills and confidence through education, training, volunteering and employment opportunities.
You’ll receive careers advice, group and one-to-one support, from a specialist advisor, about finding work. This could be learning about the world of work, independent travel or applying for a training course.
There is no minimum requirements to join the scheme.
The support and training sessions take place at Meeting Point Swanley.
Information for employers
We work with local businesses to offer employment, work experience and apprenticeship opportunities for young adults through the scheme.
Businesses are matched with young adults who are keen to work in their sector to develop their skills and learning.
The Education People provide free support to all businesses that take part.
