Shop Safe, help for vulnerable shoppers | Sevenoaks District Council

Shop Safe, help for vulnerable shoppers

Our Shop Safe Stay Safe ID scheme works with local shops to help older and vulnerable people should they become lost or confused while out shopping.

When you sign up to the scheme you also provide us with the contact details of your next of kin. We can contact them in the event of a problem.

You are given a unique membership number (printed on a key ring) and if you need help, you can go into any shop, café or restaurant displaying the 'Shop Safe Stay Safe' sticker and get assistance.

How to join the scheme

Print and complete the short application form, or get someone to fill it in on your behalf, and return it to us by post or by email.

If you are a business and would like to sign up to the scheme, please print and complete this form and return it to us by post or by email.

If you have a questions, please contact the Community Safety team.
