The Allocations and Development Management Plan was adopted by the Council on 17 February 2015. It forms part of the current Local Plan for the Sevenoaks District alongside the Core Strategy.
The Local Plan Policies Map has been produced to accompany the Local Plan documents.

The Allocations and Development Management Plan can be purchased at a cost of £100. Alternatively the Plan can be purchased for £20, Appendices 1 to 9 for £30 and the Local Plan Policies Map for £50.
The Allocations and Development Management Plan was submitted to the Secretary of State in November 2013 and underwent independent examination in March 2014.
We received the Allocations and Development Management Plan Inspectors' Report on 19 December 2014. The Inspector found the plan sound subject to the main modifications previously consulted on and now set out in the Appendix to his report.
The Development in the Green Belt Supplementary Planning Document has been adopted to accompany the Allocations and Development Management Plan.
