The Landlords’ Hub supports people who want to rent their property without expensive letting fees and advertising costs. Landlords are matched with suitable tenants on our waiting lists and have access to other benefits, including free EPCs and gas and electric safety checks, financial assistance, and support for tenants.
As a landlord, it is important that your investment is protected, and every effort is made to reduce the risk of a tenancy failing. Our Accommodation, Lettings and Negotiating Team offer expertise and experience to ensure you receive an excellent level of service. They will provide a comprehensive support service to both landlord and tenants.
We are looking for properties primarily in the Sevenoaks District from Hartley to Hever and Crockenhill to Cowden and everything in between including Sevenoaks, Swanley, Edenbridge and Westerham.
