The Council’s Chairman, Cllr Laurence Ball, says: “Armed Forces Day gives us the chance to show our appreciation for the men and women who have and continue to sacrifice so much to keep us all safe.

“I want to say a big thank you to our local veterans and Westerham Sea Cadets who came out in support of this year’s event.

The flag raising was the start of this year’s Armed Forces Day that takes place on Saturday 29 June 2024.
