We’re holding a free six-week self-defence classes for women and girls in the Sevenoaks District with Kent Self-Defence.
Build confidence and awareness with classes that are easy to learn, safe and effective!
They take place every Thursday at Edenbridge Leisure Centre and start on 7 November 2024.
Girls under 18 – 6pm to 7pm
Women over 18 – 7pm to 8pm
Places are limited and must be booked in advance. You only need to book once to be signed up to all six classes.
