Rural businesses and communities can apply to the West Kent Rural Grants scheme (funded by the Government’s Rural England Prosperity fund) for funding to support jobs, communities and economic growth.
Grants of £2,000 to £24,999 are available for the 2024/25 financial year.
The funding is for capital projects and match funding is required. Other terms and conditions apply.
Grant decision panel dates
Applications are considered by a Grant Panel that meets throughout the year.
The next panel meeting is: Tuesday 12 November 2024. The deadline for applications is Tuesday 29 October 2024.
The West Kent Rural Grant scheme will close when all funds have been allocated.
Being in an eligible area as defined by Defra or meeting the scheme’s criteria does not automatically entitle you to a grant award. The scheme is competitive and awards are made at the Panel’s discretion. The Panel’s decision is final.
